Shipping and Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final and cannot be returned. Exchanges may be granted under exceptional circumstances, for example, due to a product fault. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. We also provide an exchange if necessary for a different size depending on stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at Sales@denishowlhita.com and send your item to 104,6,6 Galileo Street, Madrid, Spain. All products must be returned in the same box and all accessories, cases, labels, hygiene seals must be included in the package. If products are returned with missing accessories, you may not receive your refund.

SHIPPING

For returning your product, delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. Please ensure to provide both an email and a local contact number to avoid further shipping delays. Shipments returned to our offices from customs due to lack of recipient contact information will not be resent unless the customer provides the shipping label. To return your product, send it to next address: 104,6,6 Galileo Street – MADRID - SPAIN You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

PRE-ORDER

Products with the label “PRE-ORDER” will be shipped with more than one month of waiting time from the payment made.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of taxes, but excluding customs duties. You will be responsible for any applicable customs duties and we cannot estimate any potential tariffs that may occur. Denis Howlhita is not liable for any action and/or cost and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. They can range from 6 to 50 euros. For orders over 500 €, shipping costs are free of charge.
